Theratechnologies needed an authentic patient story for Egrifta SV that went beyond a standard pharma testimonial. The goal was to show the real, human impact of the product on someone living with HIV, not a scripted corporate message, but a genuine story of resilience and transformation.
We traveled to Miami to film with David in his own environment, his neighborhood, his daily life, his words. The documentary-style approach captures his journey honestly, letting his personality and spirit drive the narrative rather than product messaging. The result feels real because it is.
